Yes. Most Washington State Courts will allow a Deferred Prosecution Treatment Program for a DUI or Physical Control to be completed out of state as long as it complies with Washington State's Deferred Prosecution Treatment Program requirements. I have clients complete the alcohol/drug evaluation at a Washington State approved chemical dependency treatment agency and then have the out of state treatment agency follow that plan exactly. Obviously, it can take some time to find an acceptable out of state agency.
