My Washington State Driver's License was punched can I rent a car?

It depends. I know some rental car agencies in Washington will not accept a punched Driver's License in Washington State (i.e. Enterprise) However, I have had clients who have had no problems renting cars out of State. In reality, you still have a Driver's License for at least 60 days (or longer if you request a Hearing) - but some rental car agencies can't seem to grasp that concept. It is probably best to error on the side of caution and not expect to be able to rent a car with a punched Washington State Driver's License.
