Yes. You can get one (1) continuance - no questions asked - of your department of licensing hearing. Just call the number listed on your Washington State Department of Licensing paperwork. (see the front page where the hearing date and officer is listed) You will have to waive in writing your right to a hearing within 60 days of arrrest and the 10 day notice requirement of the hearing.
