The required documents and fees to get an ignition interlock license in Washington State are as follows:
- Pay the $100 application fee at any DOL Driver's License Office; (fax a copy of receipt to DOL) DOL Office Locations
- Present the completed IIL application at any DOL Driver's License Office; (fax a copy of IIL application to DOL) IIL Application
- Obtain a SR-22 Insurance Certificate; (Insurance company will email certificate to DOL) SR-22 provider
- Obtain an Ignition Interlock Device (IID); (IID provider will email IID installation form to DOL) WA IID Providers
