Should I refuse the Roadside Field Sobriety Tests?

Yes. The Roadside Field Sobriety Tests (FST's) will almost always be used against you. In essence, you are "building a case" against yourself for DUI or Physical Control. These tests are strictly voluntary and you are not required by law to take them. (the three tests most often given are the HGN, Walk and Turn and One Leg Stand) You should politely refuse to take them, if asked.
